1. Services
We provide professional photography services, including but not limited to family, couple, maternity, newborn, portrait, and event sessions. Service details, pricing, and availability may change at any time without prior notice.
2. Booking & Payments
A session is considered confirmed only after the required retainer/deposit is paid.
All retainers are non‑refundable, unless otherwise stated.
The remaining balance must be paid by the date specified in your invoice or contract.
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your session.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a session with reasonable notice.
Weather‑dependent outdoor sessions may be rescheduled at our discretion.
If we must cancel due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, clients may choose between a rescheduled date or a full refund of any payments made.
4. Image Delivery
Final edited images are delivered through a secure online gallery.
Delivery timelines vary by session type but typically range from 1–6 weeks.
RAW (unedited) files are not provided under any circumstances.
We reserve the right to remove galleries after a reasonable period; clients are encouraged to download and back up their images promptly.
5. Copyright & Usage Rights
All photographs taken by us are protected under copyright law.
We retain full copyright to all images.
Clients receive a personal-use license, allowing them to download, print, and share images for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Images may not be altered, sold, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
We will never use your images for marketing, portfolio, or social media without your explicit written consent.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Arrive on time for their session
Communicate preferences, expectations, or special requests in advance
Ensure all participants (including children) are prepared and cooperative
Obtain any necessary permissions for shooting locations (if applicable)
We are not responsible for delays, missed shots, or reduced session time caused by late arrival or unprepared participants.
7. Artistic Style
By booking a session, you acknowledge that:
You have reviewed our portfolio
You understand and accept our artistic style, editing approach, and creative judgment
Editing decisions (colors, tones, cropping, retouching) are made at our discretion
Requests for re-editing may incur additional fees.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we take every precaution to ensure a smooth and safe experience, we are not liable for:
Accidents, injuries, or property damage during sessions
Loss of images due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., equipment failure, natural disasters)
Delays caused by events outside our reasonable control
In the unlikely event of total image loss, our liability is limited to a full refund of the session fee.
9. Website Use
By using our website, you agree not to:
Engage in unauthorized access, data scraping, or harmful activities
Upload or transmit malicious code
Use our content, images, or text without permission
